In addition to producing great 28mm Old West minis, Knuckleduster Miniatures offers some very nice terrain packs.
One of them provides all the furnishings you’ll need for your neighborhood jail.
The jail accessories pack sells for $27.50. In addition to a gun rack, a sheriff’s desk and some really tiny coffee cups, it includes a prisoner for the jail cell.
Heck, it even includes an oversized key to access that jail cell. Just in case another mini is looking for it during a jail break.
The round table comes in three parts, but glues together easily.
The four chairs are a bit more fidgety. You have to attach the legs to the seat, which is slightly curved. If anyone has any tips on how to do that and make sure everything ends up even every time, let me know in the comments below.
Anyway, here’s how I painted the set. I just have to print out some very tiny wanted posters to place on the sheriff’s desk!
As with most everything I paint Old West related, I used a tannish brown color (Citadel Zandri Dust or Krylon Camoflage Sand for primer.
